Hi! I'm Cheri, owner of Kruger Recruiting! I have over 15 years of experience sourcing, recruiting, engaging, and negotiating with talented engineers, project managers, executives, and sales people. I've successfully placed nearly 1,000 individuals across the United States, LATAM, and Canada!

 

I am dedicated to providing top-notch recruiting and sourcing services to small and medium-sized businesses in the US. My focus is on sourcing niche talent for startups, software engineering, project management, and executive positions. With a proven track record of successful placements, I cater to the needs of hiring managers looking for exceptional candidates!

Here's how we do that:

Sourcing & Recruiting

Let's work together to find your next hire. I work in congruence with your hiring team (if you have one) to help source, engage, and negotiate with talented individuals. I also help with interview coordination and communication to give you back precious time and concentration.

Guarantees: 90 day guarantee

If a candidate doesn't work out within the first 90 days, I will replace the candidate or refund your fee.

Fees are a negotiated percentage of the candidate's yearly salary, and are paid after a candidate has already started.

​

There is no upfront cost to work with us - you only pay us when we've successfully placed the right person on your team!
